I’m just a gal who’s spent the last decade or so leading engineering teams, managing major brand projects, scoping hundreds of technical builds and overseeing 70+ engineers (and $50M in active work).
Now I’m putting all of my experience in a blender to help small businesses and nonprofits get their online presence working for them!
I only take on work I can personally deliver. When we’re done, you should be able to update your own site without calling me first.

Before ELC, I led engineering teams delivering complex applications for major brands — consistently shipping work that scored 90+ on performance and accessibility. I'm comfortable taking on projects that start well before anyone opens a web builder.
