I’m just a gal who’s spent the last decade or so leading engineering teams, managing major brand projects, scoping hundreds of technical builds and overseeing 70+ engineers (and $50M in active work).
Now I’m putting all of my experience in a blender to help small businesses and nonprofits get their online presence working for them!
I only take on work I can personally deliver. When we’re done, you should be able to update your own site without calling me first.

I help clients figure out how to talk about what they do — their value, their process, their services — in a way that actually sounds like them. That includes figuring out how to organize it: what pages you need, what content goes where, and how to format everything for readability and modern AI-driven SEO.
This starts with conversation. I use qualitative interviewing to pull out the things you know intuitively but haven't been able to name yet. From there, we go one of two ways:
