Coyote Mobile Tires
Helping a niche dream roll into reality
The Backstory
Molly and Connor had a long-time dream: build a one-of-a-kind tire company to serve a very real need in their community. They had the business plan, the vision, and the drive, but when it came to getting their business online, they weren’t sure where to start. That’s where I came in.
They reached out with a solid plan and a collaborative mindset. As I asked more clarifying questions about what Molly needed the brand solidified and we got Coyote Mobile Tires live within a few months.
The Process
Getting Started
Before our first consultation, Molly sent over their business plan so I could dive in and get a feel for the concept. Honestly, one of my favorite parts of this job is hearing people talk about their great ideas—Molly and Connor were no exception. They had a clear vision for the tone and feel of their brand; my job was to help them bring it to life online.
Choosing the Right Tools
After chatting through their needs, we landed on SquareSpace. It checked all their boxes:
Easy for Molly to update text and images herself
Google Workspace integration for business email and tool suite
Strong mobile experience
Clean, simple website metrics that Molly and Connor could action on
Part of CMT’s landing page - getting straight to the point and keeping the design minimalist yet a little rugged.
Building the Site
Before writing a single line of code, I mapped out the site structure in a shared Google Doc that let Molly and Connor see exactly what I planned to build, starting with their core essentials: Home, About, Services, Contact. CMT’s business plan gave us a strong starting point for the content, and once I drafted the copy, Molly and Connor jumped in to revise and finalize. They know their business better than anyone, after all.
Once we had content locked, I moved into building and designing the site. SquareSpace made it easy to keep the site password-protected during development, so CMT could preview it and give feedback throughout.

A Curveball (and a Pivot)
Halfway through the project, Molly and Connor had a big realization: their brand wasn’t quite right. This type of realization isn’t actually that surprising, in my experience consulting with brands on new ideas it happens quite often - for larger projects like this I like to build in some extra time just in case it happens so that we can work through things without damaging the timeline or budget. The important thing is to talk through it with the visionaries behind the project, so I jumped on a call with Molly and talked through what was going on. In the process of building out the look and feel of their original idea, Connor was able to see a tangible version of the brand and have a few things click into place about the market he wanted to focus on and the mood he was hoping to achieve.
These are major parts of what is delivered in a website, but they are also adaptable in a relatively straight forward manner because I rely on patterns and themes, so after talking through what a vision and mood transpose to in terms of color, fonts, imagery, and user bases, I was able to pivot the site and make these adjustments super quick. By the next day, I had a new version ready for their review.
This is exactly why I love working with SquareSpace: you can see and feel the brand evolve, and the platform makes it easy to test and tweak without drama.

The Final Touches
Before launch, I connected all the forms, made sure content was structured well for organic and gemini based search optimization, and built out custom documentation for Molly. SquareSpace has help docs, but they’re not always beginner-friendly - so I made her a personalized cheat sheet with step-by-step instructions for the most common updates she might need.
A couple weeks later, I got a follow up. Molly was ready to make the website public to move a business process forward! At the time, I happened to be traveling out of the country. Rather than waiting for me to get back, she figured it out herself using the guide and customized documentation I provided. I was thrilled and quite proud of her!
The Outcome
Coyote Mobile Tires now has:
A mobile-friendly website that reflects their brand
Email and analytics fully set up
Custom documentation for managing and updating their site
A Solid foundation to build on
Confidence to keep building their business, online and off
When a client can confidently manage their own site by the end of a project, I know I’ve done my job.
“We had such a great experience working with Brittany for our website. From start to finish, she was incredibly patient, even when we completely shifted our vision partway through the project. She never hesitated to redo things to match our new direction, and she always made us feel like our feedback was valued.
Her communication and follow-up were excellent — we never felt out of the loop, and she made the process feel smooth and stress-free. One of the standout things she provided was a series of helpful how-to videos that made it so easy for us to manage the site on our own after launch which far exceeded our expectations.
We’re so grateful for her work and would highly recommend her to anyone needing a thoughtful, reliable, and talented web designer.”
